2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
Service Not Provided: If services were not delivered due to an error on our part.
Project Cancellation (Before Start): If you cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
